Family Christmas Party...

Cory and Kim always have the family Christmas party at their home. We always have such a great time. I love the fact that she Loves Christmas just as much as I do. Everything is so magical and beautiful. We are truly blessed as a family. Mom & Dad came out, Jackie came out to help Kim with all the parties, and decorating... All the girls where there, and Bryan. We had roast beef, and all kinds of different goodies. Happy Holidays

celebrating Luker Bocker's 4Th Birthday

The day started out with a snow storm, I guess to better describe it IT was a FLIPPIN BLIZZARD. The wind was blowing, and snowing was falling, If the danger could be removed from driving two hours to get to the party, it was really a pretty site. The big day had finally came, and little Luke was so excited. Every one was there. And we even had a guest show up. Check it out.

Fruit Dip Fluff

I love this dip because it works for most holidays and seasons. But don’t limit this dip just to Christmas. It is refreshing on hot summer days too. And it may also be varied for fall by adding ½ cup of canned pumpkin to the mix.

* 1 8 oz cream cheese – softened
* 1 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
* Juice of 1 orange
* Zest of 1 orange

Beat the cream cheese with mixer until “creamy”

Add orange juice and zest

Gently fold in the marshmallow cream

Store fruit fluff in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Serve with sliced strawberries, apples, pineapple, grapes, kiwi, pretzels, or even cubes of pound cake.

I am a little late in posting this, but I have had Grandpa Elder and grandma in my thoughts. It was grandpa's birthday on the 25th of Nov. I love this picture. It is still so hard to realize that they are both gone, yet they are now together again. I miss you. Happy Birthday thoughts, and tons of memory's fill the happy holiday season's in our homes.
