I can remember driving to my grandmother's house for Thanksgiving, just like it was yesterday. We had so much fun just the drive there was fun. We would play road games, one of my favorite games was we had to look on the mountains and spot the 7'11 signs. They where every where. If you spot it first, then you would get a quarter. Just as we would approach the home stretch, there was a special mountain that looked like sleeping beauty, we would look and search for her. My dad always knew right where she was. He would tell us if we where right or not. Then just as we where really close to grandma's house we would all break into singing over the river and through the woods to grandmas house we go. My father loved to sing, and he would sing with us all the time. Pulling into Grandma Walls house in Altamont, Utah was always so exciting. My cousins would always come running, and greet us. They would be running from every where. We had a lot of cousins that lived close by Grandma Wall. I am so very thankful for those memories, and for the fun we always had. I was trying to guess just how many cousins I had, there where so many of us, and we all played so well together. My dad had alot of brother's and sister's. This might take a second, lets see if I can give you a rough idea, just how many little cousins I had, pretty close to all the same age too. I have counted a few times, and I keep coming up with 15 cousins, that we played with and that is not including myself, and my two other sister's Jackie and Patty. That is alot of noise. I'm so grateful for Thanksgiving memories.
